🚚 Delivery Times and Costs

Our products are shipped from France, with special care taken for every package.

  • Order processing: within 24 to 48 hours (business days)

  • Shipping time: 2 to 4 business days in Metropolitan France

  • Total estimated time: 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation

Delivery costs:

  • Metropolitan France and Belgium:
    – Free delivery on orders over €100
    – €3.90 contribution for smaller orders

  • Switzerland: flat-rate delivery of €8.90

  • International: flat-rate delivery of €22

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

🔁 Returns and right of withdrawal

➤ Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
Products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

➤ Defective or damaged product

If an item is defective or has been damaged during transit, contact us within 14 days of receipt at the following address: contact@gouttepargoutte.fr
Once the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs as well as the replacement or refund of the product.
